Dave, Reada, Gilles and Elle in town!

We met Dave, Reada, Gilles and Elle in Lima working at the school. We have missed hanging out with them, so when the schools were closed for the APEC conference they came down for a visit.

We went to our favorite Restaurant Zig Zag where you can have amazing selections of meat cooked on your stone. My favorite is the Trilogy where you get Alpaca, Beef and Ostrich. You have to wear a bib to prevent the sizzling meat from getting on your clothes. It is fantastic!












We also took them out for our favorite Pisco Sours overlooking the Plaza de Armas. We love the view of the curch accross the street, especially at sunset.
















They took a tour of the Monastery Santa Catalina. Later that weekend we went to dinner at the restaurant in the Monastery. It has a lot of classic charm with the volcanic rock walls, antiques and meandering streets.




















We enjoyed some good times on the Indo Board. Too bad Elle ended up with a huge bruise or two from taking a digger!
